封右鼻孔,左鼻孔吸氣4秒
封兩鼻孔4秒
*封左鼻孔,鬆右鼻孔呼氣8秒 + 吸氣4秒

Description:
In contrast to the invigorating Radical Clarity, this blend uses highly calming and soothing essential oils. It is suitable for use before sleep, or during moments of agitation or anxiety, helping to slow down and stabilize racing thoughts, and return to a peaceful state of mind.

Usage:
Hold the inhaler close to your nostrils, inhale the essential oil molecules, and breathe in and out, in and out, until you feel calm.

For enhanced effect, use the inhaler with Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhanam): (Empty your lungs completely)

  1. Close the right nostril, inhale through the left nostril for 4 seconds.

  2. Close both nostrils for 4 seconds.

  3. Close the left nostril, exhale through the right nostril for 8 seconds, then inhale through the right nostril for 4 seconds.

  4. Close both nostrils for 4 seconds.

  5. Close the right nostril, exhale through the left nostril for 8 seconds, then inhale through the left nostril for 4 seconds.

  6. Close both nostrils for 4 seconds.*

This completes one round. Repeat for approximately 4-5 rounds.

//Alternate Nostril Breathing is a sophisticated breathing practice aimed at balancing the airflow through the nostrils to harmonize the body and mind. Yogis believe that the right nostril represents "sun" (surya), and the left nostril represents "moon" (chandra). By alternating the opening and closing of the nostrils, one can adjust the physiological state, much like adjusting the hot and cold water on a faucet to achieve warm water. While research in this area is still debated, many believe the right nostril stimulates the sympathetic nervous system, while the left nostril stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which induces relaxation. Yogis use this alternating method to balance the two functions of the autonomic nervous system, creating equilibrium between excitement and relaxation. This practice is excellent for centering oneself, especially in the face of stress or difficulty.//
