運送 Shipping

訂單將於下單後 7 天內寄出，發貨後你會收到確認電子郵件。
貨品從香港寄出，網店現時只支援香港地區。
來自其他國家的客人，請於Instagram DM或Email聯絡，另作安排。

香港地區運送服務為順豐速運（順豐到付）。

消費滿HKD1200免運費。

Orders will be shipped within 7 days of placement. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Products are shipped from Hong Kong. The online store currently only supports deliveries within Hong Kong.
Customers from other countries, please contact us via Instagram DM or email for alternative arrangements.

All Hong Kong deliveries are handled by SF Express (Cash on Delivery).

Free shipping for orders over HKD 1200.

取消或更改預約 Rescheduling or Cancellation

香薰治療服務的預約可以在48小時前免費更改；若在原定預約時間的48小時內取消，將收取全額費用。

Bookings for aromatherapy sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without any charge; cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be fully charged.
