運送 Shipping

訂單將於下單後7天內寄出，發貨後您會收到確認電子郵件。
貨品從英國寄出，網店現時只支援香港地區。
來自英國及其他國家的客人，請於Instagram DM或Email聯絡，另作安排。

由英國往香港郵遞服務，選用Royal Mail，費用取決於運送速度及貨品重量，於結帳時自動計算，選項如下：
（a）International Economy - 50天內送達，不設郵件追蹤 - HKD 35 起
（b）International Standard - 7天內送達，不設貨件追蹤 - HKD 42 起
（c）International Tracked - 7天內送達，包括貨件追蹤- HKD 108 起

消費滿HKD1700免運費。

Orders will be shipped within 7 days of placement. You will receive a confirmation email once they have been dispatched.
Products are shipped from the UK. The online store currently only supports deliveries to Hong Kong.
Customers from the UK and other countries, please contact us via Instagram DM or email for alternative arrangements.

Royal Mail is used for shipping from the UK to Hong Kong. The cost depends on the shipping speed and product weight, and will be calculated automatically at checkout. The options are as follows:
(a) International Economy - Delivered within 50 days, no tracking available - From HKD 35
(b) International Standard - Delivered within 7 days, no tracking available - From HKD 42
(c) International Tracked - Delivered within 7 days, tracking included - From HKD 108

取消或更改預約 Rescheduling or Cancellation

香薰治療服務的預約可以在24小時前免費更改；若在原定預約時間的24小時內取消，將收取全額費用。

Bookings for aromatherapy sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without any charge; cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be fully charged.
