自律神經系統負責調控腦與腸之間的信號傳遞。當腦部受到精神性壓迫(如壓力或焦慮)時,自律神經會向胃腸發出「壓力來了」的訊號,導致腸胃無法正常運作。
因此,情緒壓力會直接影響腸胃健康。例如,當感到害怕、焦慮或不勝負荷,或面對過分洶湧、難以「消化」的情緒問題時,許多人會出現腹痛、胃痛、噁心等腸胃敏感反應。
情緒消化和生理消化環環相扣,腸躁症適宜從情緒放鬆及腸胃保健兩方面同時入手。
The autonomic nervous system regulates the signal transmission between the brain and the gut. When the brain experiences psychological stress (such as pressure or anxiety), the autonomic nervous system sends a "stress signal" to the digestive system, causing the gut to function abnormally.
As a result, emotional stress directly affects digestive health. For example, when feeling fearful, anxious, or overwhelmed, many people experience abdominal pain, stomach aches, nausea, and other sensitive digestive responses.
It is advisable to address both stress relief and digestive care simultaneously.
